Brandon retired from the Army after 20 years, where he served as a Green Beret stationed in NC with over a dozen deployments. During his time in service, he advised many different organizations, military leaders, and individuals around the globe. He specialized in communication and strategic planning. During that time, he also opened and operated many successful businesses.

Brandon is now a certified coach helping business leaders and executives reach their goals and overcome obstacles within their businesses both at the start-up & C-suite level.

Sarah began her arts education early in life -- attending a school of the arts and playing multiple instruments, singing, dancing, and acting. She went on to study Music Therapy and found a passion for using the arts to educate others. She earned a Bachelor's in Music and Child Psychology from UNC-Charlotte and then a Master's in Education from Gardner-Webb University.​

For 9 years, Sarah taught in schools and then eventually decided she wanted to homeschool her oldest children -- so she stayed at home and worked direct sales. She climbed that ladder very quickly but realized that scene wasn't for her. Going back to her talents and roots, she began teaching private music lessons from her home until she outgrew that and decided to open Encore Performing Arts Studio in Cameron, NC. Now with two locations, 1700 yearly students, and a Non-Profit Theatre, Sarah's goal is to help other women succeed in their business goals.
